  Blog Post #3: Environmental Impacts of my Meal My meal consisted of a few different items I eat most mornings, and from those items I am focusing on the orange juice and the strawberry banana yogurt and the environmental impacts associated with each item. The orange juice I typically drink is the Pulp Free Simply Orange brand, and for yogurt I normally have the Yoplait brand.  The environmental impacts of my items are sustainable. No damage should be caused to the land, air, and water. When buying these items, I am always making sure to check that they do not contain ingredients that can be harmful to the environment or use pesticides.  The oranges used to make Simply Orange juice come from USA, Brazil, and Mexico.  Blog Post #2: My Meal Since I have a one-month old newborn, it has been hard trying to make sure I have full meals rather than just snacks throughout the day. So, when I can I take advantage of my free time and make myself a quick breakfast. I normally make the same breakfast, which consists of 2-3 eggs scrambled, turkey sausage patties or links, grits, strawberry banana yogurt with some crushed granola, finishing it off with a glass of orange juice. Although this may not seem quick, it is for me. It's a simple breakfast that I am able to whip up in the mornings while my daughter sleeps. I sometimes add cheese to my eggs, and on the weekends when I want a larger breakfast, I make pancakes or french toast.
